Screen Picture not fitting and Blurry - Please help me fix it!

Hello Everyone,
Don't know why but my screen is blurry and can't fit in the screen properly if you look at this screen on the left side doesn't complete in the screen anymore. There is no point me taking a screen shot but I took a few shots with my phone. Please advice me how to make it go back to normal.

I would really appreciate your assistance.

Do you know the resolution your monitor supports? Also what graphics card do you have? People with AMD cards sometimes experience problems with black borders etc due to the settings (scaling) in Catalyst Control Manager, although this problem can occur with Nvidia cards as well.

Could try a clean driver install.
I have the same monitor and had this same problem when my PC arrived and a clean driver install fixed it.
