Skyrim ENB with mods help needed!!

Hi, i have a i5 3570k which is overclocked to go up to 4.6 GHz, with 8GB RAm and a GTX titan, so i should not have any trouble with an ENB. I had an enb with loads of mods and it was running at 58-60 fps, but ll of a sudden it has gone down to 30FPS, HELP!!

If you're using any particularly intensive mods - lighting mods in particular can be atrocious - then they can really cause your FPS to drop. With the right mods you can cripple your machine

Which mods are you running? (You can get a list from the Skyrim launcher)

i uninstalled skyrim, and all the mods i was using lol, but i noticed it was at 30fps with only the enb. Th main ones were 2ks textures, w.a.t.e.r, flora overhaul, lush grass, enhanced villages and city's, a lighting overhaul etc. just really odd that i get poor performance. it runs at 120fps with no enb or mods. I have also heard that the lastest drivers for the titan have caused many issues, so i think it a waiting game for the next driver to come out.
