Hi,
I'd consider an i7-3770 instead, it should perform better than the i7-3820 for your intended use. You may want to also consider a GTX 650 ti but it depends on the type of games you are planning to play. A pair of homeplugs should give you a more reliable connection than a wireless card and you could also get silver warranty for £5.

I'd suggest sticking with an intel spec - the CPU is very important for editing software, and Intel CPUs are just better than AMD right now. It's only really for budget gaming that I'd suggest an AMD CPU, and that's because the CPU is much less important for gaming.

Keynes spec is very good, but if you are looking for a more budget option then I'd suggest a smaller PSU (600W seems overkill to me) and a cheaper GPU (won't be quite as good for gaming, but you did say gaming would be limited) :

You should also be aware that you'll need to have a dual band router to take advantage of the dual band wireless card.
