Just a quick suggestion, but I've created the machine I'll be buying once I've saved the money in the PCS system builder and I found one aspect of the boulder to be almost infuriating. It was honestly the least pleasant part of creating my system and I feel I that it could be improved. To give you an idea of how infuriating, there were several times where I closed down the website and vowed not to bother with PCS because it was driving me so up the wall. Now, eventually logic gave in and I realised the financial savings I make by going with PCS, but there are probably many who would just become frustrated and not bother.
So cases. When selecting a case there is almost no information about what will actually fit in it in terms of cooling. I am creating a powerful machine with an Overclocked CPU, and I want to get the H100i. Now this is a big beast radiator and almost none of the cases on offer actually fit it. But instead of telling me in the case description what will fit in the case, I have to attempt to 'proceed' with the build just to see if an error pops up. It's just a fiddly way of doing it, as it wasn't until I got to the £120 cases that I found one that fit. This took an annoying effort (probably only ten minutes but the repetitiveness of it and the seeming impossibility of finding a suitable case made it feel like hours) and really did put me off.
So my suggestion is to add something to the description explaining whether the large cooling systems will actually fit inside the case, rather than having to go through a trial and error method of discovery. It would just make life a lot easier.
