Just want to send my thanks to the PC Specialist team for the wonderful desktop PC I have. I've had my desktop PC for about a month and a half and it's running great.
I chose PC Specialist because they clearly offered the best price and the fact every desktop PC is thoroughly tested before shipping was reassuring. When I was searching for possible pre-built desktop PCs from other manufacturers before settling with PC Specialist, I could find none that were reasonably priced with a middle-range GPU. None. So the decision to go with PC Specialist was easy; and even if I could find a pre-built desktop PC elsewhere, I would likely still have chosen PC Specialist because I like the fact all their computers are assembled here in the UK by experienced technicians, they offer great prices and offer easy upgrade paths if I want to change components in the future without having to buy a completely new PC.
Admittedly, some of the feedback I read from others here on the forum was a little concerning even when I placed my order, but you have to bear in mind customers will complain more than compliment.
Is a computer from PC Specialist worth waiting for? Yes, I would say so. It's not just about the computer; but the service and quality that comes with it that is just as important for me.
I wish PC Specialist well. They offer a uniquely different service which also contributes to skilled jobs in the UK compared to other companies that just mass-produce computers in China.
