Upgrading service

Hi, I was contemplating an upgrade of several components in my PC (RAM, GPU, monitor), and was wondering why I get a message saying there are no upgrades available for the RAM? Any ideas?

I asked about this a few weeks ago as I get the same message and was told by PCS it might be available in future.
Don't know the reason for this as upgrading ram is probably the most popular upgrade for computers.
If PCS reads this,can you tell me if it's still possible to order ram over the phone?

OK cheers, just seemed odd to me as like you say, seems to be a fairly common upgrade.
