Urgent help , im a console player

can anyone , build me a pc that will be good for cod4 , css cod2 , and video editing (sony vegas) im kinda new to pc's i know what specs are but dont know what there for and how to balance , so if someone can find me a cheap pc , to smoothly do my tasks i will be thankfull!

please reply asap with a link to the pc u built or one on ebay + if i buy the pc there will be a suprise 4 u i promise

If you post this on the desktops forum along with your budget there are guys here who will give you some expert advice,not sure if they like surprises though.
