Viper III Firmware Needed

Hope somebody can help, I have taken on a laptop from a friend to see if I can get it running again.

It is a Viper 3 from 2020 running a Intel i7 10875H and a RTX 2080 Super (Max Q). He started having BSOD issues and tried to fix from another suggestion of flashing the firmware of the laptop. Unfortunately he used a XMG firmware which has now messed up the keyboard. The laptop still works but when using the keyboard it types really weird stuff. If you use a usb external keyboard it works fine. Does anybody have the original firmware files for this laptop as I have contacted PCspecialist directly but because the laptop was bought through Cyberpower I was directed there. They have really been helpful with all sorts of fixes which sadly have not worked, they have contacted PCspecialist to try and get the firmware files but they are not responding to them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, this laptop is in as new condition on the outside and just don't want to see it consigned to E-Waste.

I’m afraid these forums are only for PCS account holders. If you bought it from cyberpower you’d need to contact them, if they sold it to you they’d be aware they’d need to transfer ownership to you which would have given you a PCS account. If they haven’t done that I’d raise a complaint, they’re completely aware that this needs to be done

Only System Integrators (cyberpower / PCS etc) have device firmware files, theyre not hosted publicly
