On Friday I placed an order for the spec below for a laptop, I picked the Fast track 3 working day dispatch. Once it arrives il post a review of some sort along with some pictures

Whats your thoughts on the laptop spec?

Nice, vortex 17 is a great chassis, you won't be disappointed. Been using mine a couple of weeks now and it breezes through all games I've played without struggling. You've got more beef with the graphics and memory so you'll be laughing! Now comes the hard part, the wait

Whats your thoughts on the laptop spec?

You could stick to your original thread so others are aware of what is have been recommended and your intended use.
I would go with a scorpio black as the secondary drive instead and gold warranty if it is within your budget.

Looks nice, I put in an order for a Vortex IV earlier in the week too. You have one up CPU and graphics card to me though. I have the 250GB Samsung 840 Evo SSD as my primary, but opted for the 750GB WD Scorpio Black as my secondary.
The big difference is I didn't go for faster delivery. The wait is going to be tough, but I didn't want to spend any more

loll installing bullet storm right now... shame im going to bed soon got to be up for an early start tomorrow lol

edit: having problems with a: Intel 5.1 Channel High Definition Audio + SPDIF/MIC/Headphone Jack

It runs as "realtek HD audio manager"

but for some reason im having problems with audio.... I installed bulletstorm and the intro audio played fine, but theres no game audio... when i try to watch a video in VLC to get audio i have to click on audiodevice and pick: (Speakers realtek high definition audio) if I dont select that then no audio plays

no audio plays in youtube either but i get audio from start up and shutdown from microsoft

its really strange, can anybody help please. all i want to do is get audio from everything to come through headphones.
