Consider a lower CPU and a dedicated graphics card.

I was aiming for a budget between 400-500.

Because then you could get a dedicated graphics card - which would greatly increase the gaming performance.

If you are happy with low settings then your budget is fine but you are better off buying a ps4. For a decent gaming PC you are looking at around £550

AAHALL's build is incorporating an APU as well as a dGPU, you could lower to a quad core gpu to lessen the price with equal performance. I'd also include silver warranty for £5

But yeah, don't bother with integrated graphics, they can't handle any sort of gaming.
