Hey Guys!

As you may have seen if you were kind enough to read all that, I'm thinking about a 650Watt Power Supply, however a few factors are making me nervous.
1. I know somebody with very similar specs as that. and they have a 1000Watt PSU.
2. On the config page, when you go into the GPU info, is says that the Radeon 7970 requires a system minimum of 750Watts.
Although the on-board calculator the PC config system has, says the system on load (including a 20% allowance) would use 618Watts.
Not to say I don't trust PC Specialist, its just I would be more comfortable with multiple opinions.
The next thing is the Corsair h80i cooler. I've read many good things about this cooler, although many people whom have a i7 Sandy-Bridge E CPU, use a h100i cooler. Now you're probably thinking, "then why don't you go with the h100i you dumbass!" well I defiantly would if it weren't for the fact that the Cooler Master Storm Enforcer doesn't have enough space, and I have my heart set on that case. However, if you guys say my CPU will run hot on that cooler, then I will reconsider the case I use.
Just incase this will help, I'll be using the PC for video editing, rendering, recording and extreme gaming.
Thank you guys for reading this far!
TL;DR
Basically I'm not sure whether the PSU and liquid cooler can handle the specs of this system. Could I get some second opinions please? Thanks
