I purchased recently an computer with the latest Threadripper Pro 5995WX expecting to have a good performance but on the Cinebench performce even worst than my 3 year old laptop, scoring a poor 4000pts. It is supose to hit aroun 70K pts by default.
Even after upgrading the RAM to 256gb it still super low. The computer is stable just the CPU doesnt seem to be working correctly. It could be faulty, wrong installation or a BIOS issue. How we can proceed with the fix of it?
