Ill leave most of the advice for other people as i dont know much about what your computer is going to be used for but i think (Someone correct me if im wrong)The ssd is most effective in the first hdd slot fr the operating system etc then the 2ND HDD for storage.

Win7 Home Premium can use a maximum of 16GB of RAM, so to use 32GB you will need Win7 Professional or higher.
32GB of RAM is an awful lot, do you need that much (I'm asking cos I just don't know how much RAM you will need)?

That is correct, however, he has chosen an SSD cache drive for the 1st HDD, rather than selected an SSD as the 2nd drive, so it's perfectly fine :)
