Hi guys,
Love film sent me a couple of 2 months free cards. If anybody with 100+ posts wants one of the codes give me a shout and I'll pm it to you.

I think he should have qualified it with "100 useful posts"...

No, because although you never say anything "useful" you are still a regular user, whereas what I was trying to avoid was somebody with 4 posts all in the sales advice section asking for the codes.

I've sent them both now, bit concerned that both the "unique" codes were the same but hopefully should be ok?

yeah i think mine works :)

although, i dunno which option to choose?

tempted to go for the streaming and dvd's in the post. But are you limited to so many dvd's per month?

Never seen a limit. Only a limit on how many at once. Watch em often, and technically you can have loads :)

Yup. It is all done via the envelopes the DVDs come in, which are pre-paid/free pre-addressed etc.

Receive Monday, watch Monday, send back Tuesday, receive new film as early as Thursday (in theory).

We have 3 at once, and tbh get so lazy we sometimes have all 3 for 3 weeks...not the best use of the process, but if you can make it work, you can really rattle through a lot of films for your small outlay per month :)

I just have love film instant which I think is £5 or £6 /month and have unlimited watches on what I want. I use it on my ps3 and it's ideal, tried it on my brothers smart tv but the interface wasn't as user friendly.
It is a really good service for the price, a while ago they had every episode of Lost on it, I've also watched every episode of Prison Break + loads more other films / tv most of which are in HD.

I just went with the £5.99 a month option, payable after after the 2 months free, but you can cancel or change your payment package at any time if you want,I haven't seen any mention of a limit to how many films you can watch.

I trialled lovefilm instant for a few months and if I'm honest, I found it a bit disappointing. I mean for free, its great, but I'm not sure I'd be so happy paying for it monthly (even though its cheap!). I moved over to netflix and have not looked back :) Might be worth having a look at the two catalogues (lovefilm instant and netflix) to see what sort of stuff you might like to watch.

I like this lovefilm :)

watching "vikings" at the moment. Pretty good.

A quick Q though, I have a 360, but no longer subscribe to xbox live. Do you need the subscription for lovefilm to work on xbox?
