I can completely understand that the items in the review section are heavily discounted and so you cant change any components as obviously PCS would lose money.. But i don't get why i cant change the build time as i need the computer quickly, nothing is getting changed... I just need it quicker then the build time of 3 weeks! You will let other people pay for quick build time? I really don't get it! It makes no sense, they arent losing out on anything?

Depends on whether the items are in stock or not probably, try giving them a call to see if it is possible.

Ill have to wait until 9, i just dont get it, if i was to build the same laptop but without it being in the reviews i bet they would be happy enough to do a 3 day build time :( i just hope they do! Ive already emailed them and they said no as its already heavily discounted and that was just asking for thermal paste as well lol, i would think little things like that wouldnt be a bother, obviously not! :(

I am not sure I understand you. If you want fast track it would add to the additional cost right? or would you want to get fast track included in the price?

EDIT: If you are asking for it to be included in the price you've got no hope though, you will have to pay for fast track if they let you add it.

No not included in the price, ill pay extra! I just found it a bit weird that the build time would not be able to be changed as this doesnt affect the overall cost of the laptop if you get what i mean, its just an extra service not a component.

there should be a good reason why they do it. the review systems are heavily promoted and I assume they receive a lot of orders for those that are difficult to meet but that is just me speculating. Just contact PCS, a phonecall is quicker.

Yeah i get exactly what you mean, just got to hope they say they can do it! I bet they wont! Ill be surprised if they do!

I feel like an idiot after all my moaning they were happy to help! Never experienced such helpful customer service, it must just be so you cant configure the components, thats why it wont let you select a build time! Absolutely chuffed! Made my day :)
