Unplug your headset.
Delete / Remove the headset under the Sound area of device manager.
Test if you get sound from your speakers to ensure its not a sound issue in general.
Complete a restart of your PC - a full restart.
When it reboots - test your speakers again for sound.
Plug in your USB headset and try then
