The 1030 GPU isn't great for gaming.
Regarding the Wireless Network Card, the AX200 is the better one, as the one you selected is out of date and may not work on the newer routers.

This is a very very tight budget for what you're looking for. The 1030 is pretty pointless for your purposes: the iGPU in the 5600G is just as good as the 1030, probably better. The problem is that in this build Ark Survival will be only marginally playable at 1080p, certainly not anything like 80fps. You need a discrete graphics card for this, which adds at least £300 to your build.

Here's a tidied up version of your build that's a better foundation. It's still not one I'd recommend, though.

For the 5600G it's absolutely fine. A more powerful and therefore hotter chip would need a better cooler, but here it's just fine.
