PC beeps twice then rejects all mouse and pen input

I do a lot of creative work on Photoshop on my PC using the XP-PEN Artist 22 Pro as an input device as well as a monitor. Every time I use Photoshop to draw using my XP-PEN tablet and pen I will eventually hear a high tone short beep followed by a lower tone short beep. After that, all input from my pen is rejected (if I try to draw a line it will draw a dot) as well as most of the input from my mouse. I am not able to close most windows, open any new ones or even open the Windows start menu from the taskbar (I'm on Windows 11). I've only had my PC for a few months (less than half a year) so I'm not sure what the problem could be. Any ideas?

I did a search for it and nothing came up. I don't remember deleting it though.

You have to actually remove it from add or remove programs, otherwise it will just be running but not getting updates so your system will be entirely insecure.
