Hello all,
I'm in the market for a new PC (my current PCS build is getting close to 7 years old at this point) and am looking for some advice on the below build. This may seem overkill but I do like to be at the top of the line/cutting edge and am looking to future-proof as much as possible.
My ballpark budget for this PC would be £3,000 but am happy to go slightly over if needed. Its primary use case will be for gaming. Please see the proposed spec list below:

I am mindful of the fact that the RTX 4000 series may be releasing towards the end of this year so I am going to potentially wait until then to see if I can get a 4000 series GPU instead (but keep the other specs here the same), however if the price for those proves too high or stock is hard to come by, this would be the system that I would purchase.
