First PC - need advice

Hi all, first time getting a pc and I'm very much out of my depth. Below is my build, but honestly, I don't know much or anything about anything. I'd mainly use it to game and stream, mostly Call of duty. I'd like to keep it under €2k if possible, preferably around the 1500-1700 mark if I can. Appreciate any advice on what to change!
Edit to add: I have 2 144hz 1ms monitors.

Little confused on the Euro's being used but delivery being to mainland UK. I went a little over on the budget but I think it's worthwhile as the below build has it all. There are no corners cut on it. The one thing to keep in mind is that this is a GPU away from a very high end gaming rig (1440p all day long, 4k achievable too). This is something you should consider as it's being wasted on 1080p.

I've switched out the GPU to the 2060 in order to hit the budget. The 6700XT was eating far too much into the budget and it would be completely wasted on the 1080p resolution. You'll get far more of a FPS bump from the 5800X3D than you will from the combo you suggested. This doesn't get you the free games though, in case you were relying on them.

It's also worth noting that new CPUs will be out in Q1 next year. These will be the long awaited 3D cache models of the latest generation. I don't know if the budget will be there to purchase these but it could at least mean a reduction in the 5800X3D model, which would save some cash as it's a pricey chip still.
