Does anyone else struggle with ultra-sensitive touchpad?

I have set the sensitivity to low in the Windows setting.

But it's still very sensitive. Sometimes mouse moves because I was using the keyboard.

If I use the touchpad with oily hands (while I am eating), it goes crazy and the mouse start moving everywhere for several minutes even if I don't touch it anymore. In such cases, I have to disable the touchpad to be able to use my laptop

That's completely normal, you can't use a touchpad with any kind of oil or moisture on your fingers, that's with any of them as the liquid is conductive and so creates a short.
