Defiance Series keyboard failed

Hi
I have a Defiance series which is a few years old but running well.
Unfortunately the keyboard has failed, I have no problem replacing it ability wise.
Is this a part that is available from PC Specialist? The part number is 6-80-NJ503-19A-1 Model CVM18H960094305 REV:0

Yes, you can order keyboards through the spare parts section on your PCS account.

When I look at spare parts there is nothing listed.
Doesnt matter, just checked ebay and found one, thanks.

If you can see the order but nothing in upgrades it suggests there’s an issue with your account, you’d need to call PCS
