Air cooling isn’t sufficient for that CPU or at least none that PCS provide, it requires a minimum of a 240mm radiator.Im going to be getting a decent rig shortly.
I dont see any good options for air cooling with PCS.
Out of the cpu coolers PCS offers what would we recommend for a 9800x3d
A 240/280mm AIO is what I'd go for a 9800X3D; there's no reason to persist with an air cooler, especially when a suitable one (i.e. Noctua) would cost around the same as a good Corsair AIO.Im going to be getting a decent rig shortly.

Main thing im not too sure on is the motherboard and the cpu cooler. Im abasic man and only care about performace and longevity.
But as you only recently bought an AM4 system, I’d be questioning why you’re replacing it rather than upgrading, pretty pointless and defeats the purpose of investing in a custom pc
You don’t have to do anything, PCS have an upgrade serviceI just dont want to go through the hassle of taking apart my own pc. Also in my country getting parts is impossible.
Id have to replace my PSU, CPU,GPU,RAM.
Here's what I'd suggest for a 1440p competitive gaming PC that fits inside your budget.I just would prefer i sell it and get a new system.
Just want advice for a motherboard and cpu cooler
Absolutely pointless investing in custom pcs if you’re not interested in upgrades, you’re spending far more than you need to and not benefiting at all from the reasons why you would go custom, that’s aside from the fact you’re paying double what you need toI just would prefer i sell it and get a new system.

I dont really have a budget. I just would like decent bang for my buck if ya know what i mean. I want the max amount of fps i can get without going over the top. I do think ill go with I would like a 9070xt as new fsr is way better than the previous. Here's what I'd suggest for a 1440p competitive gaming PC that fits inside your budget.
N.B. Is the budget in Euro or GBP?
Since you wish to sell your old PC, you may consider transferring your existing OS license to save an additional €140.

Actually, I'm not sure what it means.I dont really have a budget. I just would like decent bang for my buck if ya know what i mean. I want the max amount of fps i can get without going over the top.
Nowadays, every decent motherboard includes WiFi; only the lowest-end models don't.I dont need wifi is a non wifi board ok?
This means nothing from one person to another though, it’s all subjective, that’s why we need a fixed budget to work toFor example a 5090 costs 2x a 5080 but i wont get 2x the performance. So its not good value
I think the 5090 is not a good value in general unless it's required for work; personally, I would never buy a xx90 just for gaming purposes. For example a 5090 costs 2x a 5080 but i wont get 2x the performance. So its not good value
To fit a 5080, you'd need to increase the budget (at least 3500€), but it would be a waste with your 165Hz 1440p panel.3k ish is the budget 3200 max. 9800x3d Is a must and the gpu either 9070xt or 5080.
