Hi all. Due to my inexperience in making new builds, I would be keen on receiving some advice and just a general check-up for my first ever build. Huge thank you for any help provided. Here's some required info:

Monitor
Currently I own a 1440p 180Hz display, but I'm planning on upgrading to a 4K 120Hz+ monitor in a year or so. I would appreciate any recommendations.

Uses
Ultra performant QHD gaming at highest possible settings - titles such as Monster Hunter Wilds, BG3, KCD2, CP2077, WoW.
High 4K performance due to a future display upgrade.
High productivity in programming, Blender, video editing and rendering in Premiere and After Effects, as well as Unity. Whole range of software and media development.
Reliable and future-proof - at least 5 years before any big upgrades.

Hi, in my opinion, your build is almost spot on; I would just change the motherboard (the Prime is quite low-end for this level of build), increase the RAM to 64GB for editing, and use a standard double M.2s configuration.

The whole cost will be little more than your maximum budget, but I believe it is worthwhile. :)

That's amazing, thanks for the recommendation. I've made my order. :) As for the monitor, would you have any recommendations for 4k 120Hz+ displays that would fit in this build nicely in a reasonable budget? Maybe not an OLED, as it is outside my current price range. 😅

What is your current pricing range? I'd also ask the two most experienced users of monitors in this subject: @SpyderTracks @sck451 :)

Somewhere between €500 and €600. Might push it a bit higher if it's a really exceptional one.
This Gigabyte may be a decent fit for your budget, even if HDR appears to be quite terrible on it,, but please wait for more experienced advice on this subject. :)

you're right on the cusp of being on a 32" 4k OLED, I would just save up a bit more and get the AOC AG326UD which is roughly 820 Euro most places

To be honest I'm having a real hard time finding any Mini-LED monitors under £700 which is about where the OLEDs start.

I know that last November prices crashed for Mini-LED as they were definitely wanting to majorly concentrate on OLED, I wonder if most stocks have sold out.

Was looking for something with really strong backlight dimming zones to support HDR1000, I definitely wouldn’t consider anything without at least HDR1000 at that price point.

I just would not bother with anything as low as IPS at your budget, it's such an outdated panel design.

Thanks for the insight. Yeah, in this case I will just save up for a bit longer and get myself an OLED like you said. Never had one before, and I heard great things about those panels.

Thank you guys, you've been great help. :)
