My pc wont work i just bought it

I just bought a pc its called

PCSPECIALIST Luna 20 Gaming PC - AMD Ryzen 5, RTX 3050, 1 TB SSD​

I plugged my monitor cable in and the pc cable i turned it on and my monitor says no signal bare in mind my monitor works with my xbox and other pc, what did i do wrong? My monitor says no signal is the pc broken?? I just bought it

Are you definitely plugged into the graphics card monitor port and not the motherboard?

...then the Ryzen 5500 CPU does not have integrated graphics, so (as @BlessedSquirrel says above) everything will have to be connected to the GPU ports for any signal to be sent to the monitor.

The GPU HDMI/DP ports are lower down the case...
