PCSPECIALIST Laptop stuck on boot screen preparing automatic repair

Hello, my laptop has all of a sudden been stuck on the boot up screen, while saying 'preparing automatic repair' this happened after a windows update. Please help as all of my university work is on there and I need to access it ASAP. Thank you
