I will likely go with your build, probably adding one extra fan as it is only bit extra but I would like the extra exhaust. I'm not the biggest fan of the case but I know that anything else that can do the same job is likely to cost a lot more probably without the addition of the corsair fans...

Going to be used mainly for gaming.
currently have an old asus 1080p monitor but going to be getting a second 1440p 165hz monitor soon just don't know what model yet.
