Hi Jack, thanks for your reply. PC Specialist did come back to me and circled 10 screws forgetting one of the corner screws. Im sure it was just an error on their part but they didnt advise anything else but to remove the screws, so no farther forward with their advice. Have emailed them again...

Hi Got an Optimus IV laptop the other week and now I have these error messages showing in the event viewer.
I'm not too concerned at the moment but this suggests CPU throttling or related to power?
