Just had a look inside the PC. Will I need to remove the whole motherboard to change the power cables?

They are sending a replacement PSU (although worst case is a motherboard problem). Will have to deal with all those zip ties to remove the old one - not looking forward to that!

Timed it and it's actually 5-6 seconds before any sign of life. Could this be a PSU problem?
