I have my new PC running but cant get any output from the DVI connector.
Detecting devices only finds one monitor on the VGA connector.
Any ideas?
Full setup ...
Monitor 1 - HP 19" widescreen 1440x900 with VGA input
Monitor 2 - CTX (old) 17" 1280x1024 with integral cable with VGA connector...

Does a standard build include any extra case fans - or is it just those supplied with the case?
for example, what would be fitted to the COOLERMASTER ELITE 310 BLUE CASE ?
