    Tried booting from the USB but it advised it was unable to fix it! Contacted support who sorted in the end, had to do a full reinstall of windows. No idea what happened to cause this though… Appreciate your help and guidance though, thank you.

    It turns on, we see the PC logo, then the time and date, then enter our password, then we get the grey screen.
