Grey screen after start up

Hello all,

We are getting a grey screen with spinning blue circle after initial start up. Have checked all connections and swopped screen for a known good one, still have the same issue. PC bought at Xmas with no issues yet!

Any ideas??

Downloaded onto a usb, inserted into PC, but no change. It won’t pick up the USB unless I’m doing something wrong. Tried inserting before starting PC and after start up but no difference..

So you’re selecting the USB in the boot priority but it’s not loading it?

Did you use the media creation tool or simply download windows to the usb?

I downloaded it through the media creation tool with no issues.

I don’t have any options to select anything. When we turn it on I can click on the accessibility option and the power option, but that’s it. When we put the password in to go past that screen I just end up with the grey screen. Where will/should I see the boot priority option?

Tried booting from the USB but it advised it was unable to fix it!

Contacted support who sorted in the end, had to do a full reinstall of windows. No idea what happened to cause this though…

Appreciate your help and guidance though, thank you.
