Hopefully these are clear enough. I attached the two 8 pin GPU connectors to to the 3080 FE 12 pin adapter, then into the GPU.

Which cables? The GPU cables, of course. Everything else came prebuilt.

So do you think there could be another reason, since it won't even boot to BIOS or Windows?

Is this the issue for sure? Only asking because I've seen many have success with 650w power supplies.

Nvidia recommends a 650W power supply with the 3070, and that is when paired with a 10900k I believe. I have upgraded to a 3700x CPU (which is 65W) and the 3070 is 250W. I would suggest there is plenty of headroom.

I have upgraded the PSU and WIFI card, as suggested. However, I dont like the look of the other cases. Is there a reason I should upgrade it?

Also, my internet speed isn't great anyway and could upgrade in future. My monitor is a 75Hz 1440p. Just gaming.
