Hi just on the extra 1tb hard drive I have other external USB 2.0 drive and also FireWire Drive that I can use. I also don't want to depend totally on my PC I'm also thinking of getting something like the Zoom livetrack 12 or Tascam Model 12 which can be used on their own as well. Thx again Pkev
