10 working days still in Pre-production?

Hi All,

Has anyone else still been in the pre-production phase after 10 working days? I know from the information on PCS website that this is possible, but is it the norm? Starting to get impatient! I also emailed PCS a few days ago asking for an update but got no reply.

Yes, my first order took around 21 working days. Best thing to do is to give them a call for a quick update.

Same here mate.
I would not be so much concerned about it, seems to be quite common.

Called them up, very helpful guy told me it will be going into building possibly today and will be a fast process after that.
