@mossmotorsport - sorry - final thought - you can force stock behaviour the crude way if you were inclined - and also give yourself a starting point for PBO tweaking - by enabling PBO in RM - or in BIOS - and entering the following values manually:
PPT - 142
TDC - 95
EDC - 140
That will force full boosting - but with the standard default limits for Ryzen 105W TDP Chips - which is the way it should behave out of the box.
