Access to software, drivers and Control Centre for preowned PS laptop

Hello all.

I have bought a PC Specialist Recoil 17 (TongFang GM7IDN) preowned with a fresh windows install. I need access to drivers, software and Control Centre. Since its not bought directly I don't seem to have access to any software support.

The person who sold you the laptop must transfer ownership to you; otherwise, you will not be eligible for support and/or warranty.
