Accessing bottom front case fan (PCS SPECTRUM CASE)

I am replacing the 3 front case fans in this case (PCS Spectrum) but cannot seem to work out how to access the bottom one?

The PSU shroud in the bottom of the case seems to block access to the two bottom screws, and you can't get at it from the other side of the case. I am obviously missing something because this fan is screwed in, and it cannot be the case that it is non-removable. The PSU shroud in the bottom is rivetted in so that obviously does not come off, so there must be some other way to access the bottom front case fan.

Thanks.

Unfortunately, PCS-branded cases are generally not recommended because they are of low quality, have poor design/airflow, and because the brand is unknown, the manual is virtually impossible to find online.

Your best choice is to contact PCS directly and ask for support, IMHO.

To be honest the case has been fine so far, no airflow problems and I could easily upgrade anything in there myself, except this bottom front fan. My guess is I need to remove the drive tray so I can get at it from the non-glass side but I guess I'll have to contact PCS directly if no one from there posts on here.
