Additionally, I'm correct in assuming the selected Motherboard comes with everything necessary for Wi-Fi?

Looks flawless to me. For the sake of 1% increase in price I'd go for the 1000W PSU, but there's an element of gilding the lily: not necessary per se, but good to have and not an expensive upgrade.

Cheers. Good to know, I'll probably upgrade the Power Supply then if it's not much of an price increase.
Just a question, with everything selected the PC will be able to use Wi-Fi straight away correct? Just wondering, since the build I have right now, i had to purchase a Wi-Fi Adapter for my Motherboard. But It looks like it comes onboard with this one. Just want to make sure, in case i need to order anything else

Yes, wifi/bluetooth are included on the motherboard (the naming tells you too - 'GIGABYTE B850 AORUS ELITE WIFI 7 (AM5, DDR5, M.2 PCIe 5.0, Wi-Fi 7)'.

The only thing you'll need to do is to attach the antenna provided - otherwise you'll get zero/low signal.

Is that the antenna connector? That’s seriously cool, beats the infuriating screw ins!
