Hey!

I'm looking into buying a NAS and currently amazon uk is selling the AS-204T for £190. The NAS itself looks great, a 4 bay, with an Intel Atom processor and with software thats supposed to be very good (the company is part of ASUS, so its bound to be of good quality)

They also seem to match Synology but at a fraction of the cost... Has anyone heard of the company or own any of their products?

£190 will easily get you HP N54L - a 4 bay micro server. You can convert it into a NAS, server, PC , audio/video streaming server, team speak server, web server, sql server, XBMC, oh... possibilities are endless... something to consider.

edit: Mind you if you want of the shelf NAS solution with minimal setup then maybe N54L is not for you, but if you are a bit tech savy and like to fiddle with things, I cannot thing of a better device within that price range.
