So the output appears ok, so then open Soundblaster and check configuration in there, make sure volume is set correctly and it's not got surround enabled or something like that?
What made you uninstall the Realtek drivers in the first place?Tried all that and no difference unfortunately. Prob gona end up with a reset.![]()
Just started losing sound usually after using headphones. Reinstalled driver as you do and got caught in the loop. It works fine if I go through the uninstall and reboot but then when it reinstalls and reboots it goes off again. Really weird. What made you uninstall the Realtek drivers in the first place?
You mentioned you lost audio, do you mean the driver uninstalled itself or you just lost sound?
Can you just post a screenshot of your optional updates page? You shouldn't really use the drivers supplied by PCS as they'll be outdated, should let windows update install any drivers.Just started losing sound usually after using headphones. Thanks for your help by the way.![]()
Says none available and I'm up to date. I did try using windows drivers earlier after removing using DDU app but still the same outcome. Can you just post a screenshot of your optional updates page?
