Not been able to play BF4 for a few weeks now, I just get "Error Game Disconnected: Could not join server" every time I try, re-installed it, updated punkbuster and tried two different net connections at uni digs and at home, still can't play it.

It used to do this intermittently but if I kept trying I could eventually connect.

Think I'm pretty much going to give up on this game now, unless anybody has any ideas?

I remember I was having issues on BF3 connecting and it took ages to fix, it ended up me being on the phone with a technician at EA/DICE changing a load of settings on their end for my account, worked in the end but took ages

It's the queuing system that's broke. If you try to join a server that only has a few slots left and others beat you to them you should get moved into the queue, but it doesn't work. If you check the server you tried to join you'll find it's then full. You can join a queue that's already in place normally though. Try joining servers that have plenty of spaces left and see if it works.

There's loads that's still knackered mate, it seems every patch they roll out they fix some stuff but break others. That queuing system thing has been around a while now though. I've been pretty lucky in that it's totally playable for me, if you ignore all of the in game bugs that is.

Cool cheers guys, I'll give that a go next time and see if I have any joy. I'm told there was a patch late last night as well so never know.

Anyone know if the SLI light flickering bug has been fixed yet? Was getting it in the beta and weeks after official release

EDIT: Just attempted to play and I am also getting "Game disconnected: could not join server"

Had to pick up BF4 on the X360 over the weekend after being forced by my old man and brother as they'd been playing Squad DM's and thought I might make the difference. What can I say, even though I hate joysticks it's actually the easiest game on the planet. Most the time auto-aim does everything for you and the players all seem to be idiots. I wish M+K worked on the xbox :(

WOW Naval Strike is my first real bad BF4 experience

The worst lag i've ever seen in a game. you move three steps and elastic banded back to your previous spot. So far what i have noticed is the closer i get to a carrier the worse the lag gets.

Also getting this messages now too

ERROR
Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'SmokeDarKnight' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Disallowed Program/Driver [130827]

Not sure why, not got anything new since last time ive been playing.

Punkbuster is a load of toss mate, don't get why they use it, causes nothing but problems for me whenever I try to play a game with it
