Not really, not until you're having problems, then check the chipset drivers.
Do they come under the system devices on device manager as I noticed yesterday there seemed to be an awful lot of devices under that and many duplicates

Some do but not all. Just run the AMD tool, it will find any you need updating.
Post a screenshot of your Device Manager concerns.
Yeah that’s what I was getting after the clean install a warning on device manager then downloaded them from a link someone sent on here. I’ll download the support tool and let yous know if it’s found updated software

Indeed, these are normal. It's just the PCIe bus devices being enumerated.
I downloaded the software and it said the file may cause harm but assume this is because I have randsomware protect on. I installed it and it’s come up with Ryzen power plan, pci device driver, gpio driver, PSP driver and smbus driver all ticked in green asking me to install. Does this mean mine were out of date and I should go ahead and install?
I installed my chipsets from a link someone sent me on a previous post rather than a windows update. So I should just go ahead and install them I assume?

I'd be wary of installing drivers from anywhere other than Windows Update or the hardware vendor.
What ransomware product do you have installed? We know from experience that some third-party security products cause problems, plus Windows Defender has ransomware protection built-in in the form of protected folders.

No it’s the windows defender randsomeware protection that I use it just flagged the download that you suggested because I have that on. Anyways after installing them from the link you provided I’ve just got yet another blue screen. I’ll try post it in but it’s starting to get a bi ur frustrating now
I’ve just checked my device manager and seen that I have the NVIDIA high definition audio and NVIDIA virual audio device despite not installing them when inrinaller my graphics card. Do you think these could cause the blue screens as they’re linked to the graphics card and I’ve been told they cause problems. If I uninstall them could this sort the issue?

Its certainly worth a try, but use DDU to uninstall the graphic driver then do a custom reinstall without the nvidia audio driver

Yes they could. Do what @Martinr36 suggests and uninstall the whole graphics driver, the reinstall being careful not to select the Nvidia audio driver.

I just checked the dump from this morning and the Nvidia Audio Driver (nvvad64v.sys) is a loaded module.
I’m in the process of uploading the newest dump but if I remember right there was one before it may have been you put down as something to do with the graphics card so do you think it could be those drivers cashing blue screens. Only ever seems to happen when gaming

I would suggest you do need to find a way to install the Nvidia graphics driver without the Nvidia audio driver, others have done it I believe. We know that can cause issues.
