Hi,
I bought a laptop from yourselves in 2019.
System model 15 recoil 2
Baseboard tongfang gk5cn6z
Chassis & Display
Recoil Series: 15.6" Matte Full HD IPS 144Hz 72% NTSC LED Widescreen (1920x1080)
Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™ i7 Six Core Processor 8750H (2.2GHz, 4.1GHz Turbo)
Memory (RAM)
16GB Corsair 2400MHz SODIMM DDR4 (2 x 8GB)
Graphics Card
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060 - 6.0GB GDDR5 Video RAM - DirectX® 12.1
I was wondering if i have options to upgrade the graphics card, cpu and fans? Its currently running very slow and hot.
Thanks in advance

No, laptops normally have CPU/GPU soldered to the motherboard, and there is no way to upgrade them.

When was the last time you performed maintenance on the laptop? How frequently do you clean it?

Hi. Thanks for the info. I've done all software maintenance. I'm going to take the back off and clean it out and see if the fans are removable.
Can you advise on a compatible graphics card if possible?

According to this answer, you have never performed any maintenance on that laptop since you received it, thus it's not surprising that it runs very slow and hot: you're experiencing severe thermal throttling and overheating

Regular maintenance is required for any custom/performance laptop to keep it in the best possible condition.

You should perform ASAP a CPU/GPU repaste (preferably using Kryosheet instead of conventional thermal compound), a thorough cleaning to eliminate any accumulated dirt and dust, and a full OS clean install.
