in the tut on that guys website step.9 when you hit browse i cant find commin_dri

That's a folder within the driver package. You need to have extracted the driver using 7zip or windows zip first of all (right click on the downloaded driver package AR813x_AR815x_AR816x_v2.1.0.21_WHQL.zip and select "extract all", then specify where you want to extract to, desktop is usually the easiest to navigate to). Once you've done so, then follow that steps method selecting "have disk", then pointing to the folder you've extracted, the commin_dri folder will be one of the first you see.

Have look in your customer account, under "My Account" click on "Download" this should show a list of drivers for your system.
Failing that,give PCS a call.

It should list Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 drivers,if the wireless network card driver isn't showing, there might be a driver disk for it in your welcome pack, failing that give PCS a call.
Have you sorted out the resolution issue and have you checked in device manager yet for anything showing amiss.

ok thanks to i update the driver after i run the stup file or before
Not sure what you mean, running setup should install the driver if it's the correct one, failing that try installing driver manually from device manager, right click the device in device manager/"update driver software"/"browse my computer for driver software" then browse to location of driver.
