Can't locate my HDD in new PC

Hi guys,

I've running benchmarks and doing the usual prodding with my new desktop, and I've noticed I can't seem to find the 2TB Seagate HDD on my computer.

I've had a look at disk management and I can't see it there (picture attached). Drive C and E are both SSD's.
I'm probably going blind but if anyone can help me that would be great.

Many thanks.

I'd whip the side of the case off and check all connections, if no joy there see if you can see it in the BIOS

I don't have the right screwdriver right now to open case, but when I booted up BIOS my HDD wasn't there
Most cases have thumbscrews for opening them up (so you don't need a screwdriver), but yeah if neither the BIOS nor Windows can see it you will need to check the connections to it as suggested by @Martinr36

Yeah, I've attached a pic, but I've tried opening the door to see the drives and the door seems stuck like there are some cables attached to the back of the door, it's stiff as all hell and I don't want to break anything. I think there are cable ties preventing me from opening the door

no take the side panel off, that looks like the front you are trying to take off, can you take a photo of the case stood up

If you scroll down that page halfway , you will see the 3.5 hard drive cage is behind the other side panel,

This case is an anomaly when it comes to drives, @Chaz_66 was on the right lines when they were looking at the other side of the case. They’re all mounted from the rear of the motherboard and inaccessible from this side.
Ah ok. I watched a video that stated the drives are on the opposite side. My worry still remains though as I've tried opening that side of the case but it feels like it's stuck to the wires and cable ties behind the door and I don't want to pull on it in case it breaks something.

UPDATE

Sata cable is loose and the door to access it is stuck so I can't plug it back in. Sorted it with PC Specialist, but thank you everyone for the help!
How did you sort it with PCS? It would be useful for us to know for the future. :)
