case considerations

hi, this is hopefully my last post regarding my pc, my order is in pre-production with the haf 932 case and i was wondering whether i have made the right choice. the spec includes 2700k,coolit eco, 6970.120gb ssd,2tb caviar black, hx1050... and was supposed to have a fan controller but i omitted this as im just going to fit a 2x5.25" bay one myself. im torn between several cases, the inwin dragon rider in either white or black, the haf 932, the haf x and would consider any other case if it proves to have better features whilst still looking 'cool'. the reason i am doubting my choice of the 932 is that i read that it has no dust protection and is just a lesser version of the haf-x. price is not of concern regarding the case as i feel its a component worth spending money on as its what u see and mainly interact with. i was just wondering if anyone has any advice on the best aspects of each case. i would also like to have at least 3 usb ports at the front as my external hard drive takes up 2 ports when connected. i will also be getting another 6970 in the future if this makes any difference.
Any advice is again greatly appreciated guys. this forum has turned out to be of great help!
thanks again guys

Looks like a good spec and that case will be fine. Have you made sure that the PSU and mobo support 2 6970s? I think all the mobos on the sandy bridge configurator are fine actually, so it's just the 1050W PSU you need to get.

you can always buy dust filters, but if money isnt too important id get the HAFX, bear in mind its probably quite a bit bigger

Actually the HAF-X is not much bigger than the 932, they are both full towers. The 932 will be fine - personally I much prefer the look of the X though - but you could drop down a couple of notches to a 922 and you'd be fine aswell, if you want to save some money.

thanks for the advice guys. yep the power supply is the 1050w, and the mobo is the p8z68vpro so supports sli and xfire. i was tempted to drop the case, cpu and cpu cooler one notch each to get a 580 but having looked at the xfire vs sli 6970vs580 the difference is minimal for £240 difference. does anyone have any opinions on the inwin dragon case? as ive heard it can be a beast for gpu cooling, being able to fit up to 6 120mm side fans.
thanks guys

Love that case. Should have great cooling from the side panel, and the exhaust at the top. Also, I has a 140mm I believe at the front. So yeah, looks great and is great IMO :p

the P8Z68V pro and the non pro are almost identical just the pro has 4xusb 3.0 rather than the lower which has 2 so that can save you a few bob.

turns out you cant change the case :( ah well 932 it is then, only didnt get the inwin in the first place because they said that the fan controller wasnt compatable, but ill be fitting my own now which i have ordered and will apparently fit. im sure the 932 is good anyway. still looking for a keyboard, although not sure atall which one to get. any suggestions?
+rep :)

budget for a keyboard isnt really a problem after i somehow managed to justify spending £85 on a rat 9 mouse, which i dont regret one bit as its a cracking piece of kit. i have looked at a few keyboards such as the g110 and the cyborg v7 although the v7 seems a little bit big to be honest. im not really after one with an lcd screen, as i feel its kinda pointless. the razer lycosa looks good and the roccat arvo seems not bad although it does lack backlighting.
thanks again guys

i have a lycosa its a real nice bit of kit seems tiny if you remove the wrist panel lost of good functions also.
