Case: Unless it's absolutely vital (such as making music), you want to steer away from the D7. Yes, it's an excellent case but airflow is not as good as a lot of other cases...and high end components need better airflow. Something like the Crosair 5000x or the 6500x are better.
CPU: The 7800x3Ds are back in stock in 2 weeks hopefully and that is the CPU you want;
Motherboard: The Crosshair offers nothing in gaming. The TUF X670e's are fine, the Strix maybe for aesthetics. Possibly look at the X870s as they are the next gen of motherboard;
RAM: Is fine. If you are adamant on the D7, then save £15 and go for non-RGB (the D7 has a solid side so you wouldn't see the RGB)
GPU: Depends on the monitor as to if it's the right one. But the Asus doesn't offer enough to warrant it's inclusion
M.2 SSD: The ultra-fast Gen 5 drive isn't going to make much difference for gaming. I have a drive half it's speed and everything in games loads and runs ultra-fast; And avoid Samsung's as they have had their issues of late;
PSU: I'd bump that to the 1200w to get the next gen Shift PSU. If you hold off for the 7800x3D, you may be able to get the 1000w Shift as PCS are, apparently, going to start offering that model;
Anti-Virus: Don't go near Norton. Windows has Defender built-in (and free) and is better as it causes less isues;
Warranty: Up it to Silver (£5) for an extra 11 months of courier costs if it needs to go back (components sometimes fail)

That doesn't cover everything without the extra information requested but gives some ideas
