I’ve got this config a few days ago and I’m dying waiting for it to enter production, going through all the post buy stages - I’m currently in the worrying phase, about to enter regret before I enter excitement again. Could you experts please have a look and let me know if I should amend anything before it’s too late? Thank you 🙏🏼

As above, you’d need to cancel and start over, even if the intels didn’t melt at the core, they perform worse and cost more while being impossible to effectively cool and using double the power for that poor performance , just rubbish processors

AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D Eight Core CPU (Up to 5.2GHz/104MB w/3D V-CACHE/AM5) Best CPU for gaming, you will need to be doing some very high end editing to need more than 8 cores.

Thank you all. I ended up picking a better case as well as it makes sense to have a better house for high end components. I thought I had done loads of research but I think I have done it wrong 😑 appreciate you all help!

Which case? More expensive doesn't necessarily mean better and leads you back to the point of selecting things without the understanding. There aren't many functionally better than the 6500X, I actually can't think of any, it's more what one fits the space and aesthetic more at that point.

Not that you've chosen wrong, it might be a good choice, but how do you know it is?
