Decent fan laptop cooler

Can anyone recommend a decent fan laptop cooler that has a closed in base instead of the stand off feet they all seem to have?
These ones are useless if you want the laptop on your lap.
It needs to have a solid base and draw air in from the sides.
I have one of these on my non gaming laptop https://www.amazon.co.uk/Targus-Cooling-Lightweight-17-Inch-AWE55GL/dp/B07V4GTT81/?th=1 but it's getting a bit tatty now, It has two fans but there seems to be room for another two below those so I'm thinking of getting another and taking the two fans from the tatty one and adding them, then adding foam around the top so the air is forced into the laptop.

I don't have any recommendations but if the one you had previously is available and has served you well perhaps just get another one of those as you suggest?

I think adding any fresh air to the bottom of a laptop has to greatly improve the effectiveness of its cooling, I'm not sure if adding foam or anything else would actually impact it though (would need testing in my opinion).
